Heard Ms Keluskar, learned Counsel for applicant. 2.

This is an application for recalling the order dated 14.07.2008 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.2068 of 2005 in Writ Petition No.10703 of 2004. By that order, the applicant's Advocate was directed to pay costs of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee. It was made clear that if the amount is not paid within 2 weeks, the application will be treated as having been dismissed for nonprosecution. 3.

Ms Keluskar submitted that in pursuance of that order, the applicant's Advocate has deposited amount of Rs.1,000/- on 24.07.2008. Applicant has annexed the photocopy of the receipt at exhibit-C (page 12). In other words, the applicant's Advocate has complied the condition within the stipulated period.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs and Writ Petition is restored to its original number.
