The appeal arises out of decree of possession dated 19th December, 1990. The respondent has placed on record death certificate of the appellant to show that the appellant has died on 5th July, 1996. No steps are taken to bring heirs and legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant on record. 2.

The First Appeal is, therefore, dismissed as abated. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
