The Petitioner has challenged the Tender Notice bearing No. NMC/ PWD/ 24/2020-21 and Tender I.D. No. 2021_NMC_642649_2 issued by the Nashik Municipal Corporation.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent - Corporation states that the Work Order has already been issued on 29th April, 2021. The Petition has been filed on 1st March, 2021. There is no interim order granting stay to the issuance of the Work Order. The successful bidder is also not made a party Respondent to the Petition. Trupti 1/2

In the circumstances, we dismiss the Petition. The remedies of the Petitioner are kept open.
