This is an application received through Jail with a prayer to expedite the trial and for transferring the case of the applicant to the Fast Track Court.

The learned APP. on instructions from the concerned Officer submitted that, the trial of applicant bearing Sessions Case No. 91/2007 has already began and the prosecution has examined 12 witnesses as of today. He further on instructions submitted that the trial is progressing steadily. 3.

In view of the above, the grievance of the applicant does not survive.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
