DATE : 20 MARCH 2023 P.C. :- On 6 March 2023, the following order was passed : "The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that an application filed by the Petitioner for revocation of cancellation of registration, according to the Petitioner, is still pending. The learned AGP seeks time to examine and to place correct position on record.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner contends that the period for filing an appeal should be computed from the date of disposal of the revocation application. The learned AGP to take instructions regarding grievance of the Petitioner that notices have been sent to the

3. At the request of the learned AGP, stand over to 20 March 2023".

The learned Counsel for the Respondent -State states that there are no instructions as on date. Therefore, we dispose of the writ petition directing that if the application made by the Petitioner for revocation of cancellation of registration is still pending, then same be decided within a period of four weeks from today on its own merits. If it is already decided and order is not communicated to the Petitioner, the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
