Mr.Deshpande, learned counsel appearing for Petitioner fairly submitted that, against the impugned Order dated 30th October 2018, a second revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code would lie before the State Government. He therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to pursue the said revision before the State Government.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.

It is needless to mention that, the Petitioner would be entitled to get benefit under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for the period for pursuing present Petition before this Court.
