It is the Petitioner's contention that Respondent No.5 Suresh Nikam is claiming himself to be a President and is proceeding to appoint teachers. This is a dispute between two private individuals arising within the Trust for which there are statutory remedies available and it is not necessary to exercise the extra ordinary jurisdiction.
