The claim in the present Writ Petition is on the basis of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the matter of Arun S/o Vishwanath Sonone Vs. State of Maharashtra and ors. reported in 2015(1) Mh.LJ 457 . However, the said judgment stands over­ruled by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Chairman and Managing Director, FCI and ors. Vs. Jagdish Balaram Bahira and others, reported in AIR 2017 SC 3271. Hence no relief can be granted in the present Writ Petition. As such, there is no merit in the present Writ Petition.
