This is an Application by the legal heirs of deceased original Respondent/ Claimant No. 2 - Dattaji Padaji Bhoir. The Application is taken out in Cross Objection preferred by the Respondents in the Yugandhara Patil 1 /2

22-IA-4253-2021.odt matter arising out of the Land Acquisition Act. Perusal of the death certificate of deceased Dattatray shows that he has died on 13.12.2020 and the present Application is filed on 02.03.2021. Therefore, apparently the Application is filed in time. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicants and learned AGP for the State in the Application.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, considering that the Application is filed in time, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The Applicants are permitted to be brought on record as legal heirs and representatives of deceased original Respondent No. 2. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 4 weeks from today. 4.
