Having heard both sides and perusing this Court's order dated 16th December, 2015, we are of the view that the applicant's Writ Petition No.5257 of 2014 was wrongly tagged and taken to be decided by this order. That writ petition was not directed to be heard along with Writ Petition No.8220 of 2013. In such circumstances, the Registry to proceed on the footing that Writ Petition No.5257 of 2014 is not disposed of by the above SRP 1/2

CAW671.16.doc order. It shall be listed before the appropriate Court for admission.
