The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submit that in view of subsequent development, nothing is survived in the present Writ Petition. It becomes infructuous. 3.

Considering this fact, the learned AGP is directed to find out whether the fresh elections of the Grampanchayat was held or not.

Petitioner is directed to remove all office objections on or before the next date, failing which, the Writ Petition shall stand
