1] Petitioner claims to be a sitting Member - Councillor. In that capacity he has made a grievance regarding a resolution passed by Municipal Council Barshi in handing over Yeshwantrao Chavan Sanskrutik Bhavan for maintenance and repairs to respondent No.7. He submitted that he has made several representations to the Chief Officer and the Chief of the Municipal Administration but none of the authorities have looked into the grievance.

YBG wp5389-14 2] The Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.7 has not paid property tax also.

3] The petitioner may file comprehensive representation before the Chief Officer, Zilla Parishad Solapur. The Chief Officer shall thereafter consider the representation on its own merits. With the above observation, the petition is disposed of. ( NARESH H. PATIL, J.) (S.B.SHUKRE, J)
