P.C. :- This is a Petition for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states on instructions from the Petitioners who are present in Court that the custody of Ashiya has been handed over to the Petitioners and therefore the Petitioners do not wish to proceed further with the Petition.

This Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with no orders as to costs.
