This is an application for restoration of petition which was dismissed for default as the Advocate for the Petitioners did not remain present. Though various grounds are stated in the application, in view of the facilities provided by this Court to the litigants and advocates to keep track of the matter, the said grounds cannot be considered as germane. However, since the learned counsel for the Petitioners has tendered an unconditional apology and has assured that whenever the petition is called out it would be attended to, the order dated 25 January 2018 is recalled.
