This is an application for recalling order dated 26/02/2015 by which Second Appeal was dismissed in default. Office remark shows that Civil Application is filed in time. Mr.Ingale submitted that Second Appeal was earlier twice dismissed on the same ground. Mr.Magdum assures that after restoration of the appeal, he will work out the appeal.

In view of the assurance, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Second Appeal No. 114 of 1991 is restored to the file of this Court.
