This appeal is preferred by the Insurance Company, challenging the judgment and award dated 3 June 2013 passed by MACT, at Oras, Dist Sindhudurg in MACP No.07 of 2012, awarding a sum of Rs.7,03,136/- with 9% interest per annum by way of compensation. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and after perusal of the impugned judgment and award dated 3 June 2013, I am satisfied that the Appellant has made out a case for following order.
