This Civil Application is taken out for fixing up peremptory date for final hearing of the petition. The petitioner claims that, it has been a long wait for him since the date of termination of his service i.e. 12th May, 2000. The present petition is filed in the year 2009. There are several older matters pending for final hearing including the petitions filed in the year 1999. The petitioner cannot be given precedence over all those matters. Hence, the Civil Application is dismissed.
