P.C:- I am inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition in view of the statement and the affidavit so made by the contesting Respondent No.5 dated 30 January 2015, that Respondent No.4, the Special Recovery Officer has duly handed over the property by following due procedure of law. The action of the same was without objection of any kind. The Petitioner has also accepted that Respondent No.5 has been put in possession of the disputed property and further that he will not make any grievance against the ownership.

It appears that the parties have settled the matter. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
