After arguing the Petitions for quite some time, on instructions, Mr. Walawalkar seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings excepting the Contempt Petitions. 3.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Walawalkar, Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings excepting the Contempt Petitions and are disposed of as such.
