Mr. Yadhunath Chaudhari, learned counsel for the petitioners tenders a letter addressed to him by petitioner no. 1 to 3 requesting to withdraw the petition. He submits that petitioner no.2 is no more living. The letter is taken on record. 2.

In view of contents of the letter that the Co-operative Court has already heard Dispute no. 368/2005 finally the Writ petition is not pressed. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
