The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the order dated 3rd February 2023 passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (AGRC) in Appeal No.12 of 2023 by which, the AGRC refused to pass an ad-interim stay.

Smt. Kantharia, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 states that the said Appeal No.12 of 2023 is finally disposed of and, therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the final order in said Appeal No.12 of 2023 passed by the AGRC is

Thus, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and, accordingly, the same is disposed of, however, with no order as to costs.
