1) The learned counsel for the applicant upon instructions, after arguing for sometime, seeks liberty to withdraw the application and submits that applicant would surrender before the concerned Magistrate on or before 08/03/2017.

2) Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Applicant stands protected till 5.00 p.m. of 08/03/2017. Applicant shall give notice to the police station as well as to the prosecutor at least 24 hours before he surrenders before the Magistrate.
