Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the third Respondent. The learned AGP represents the State Government. Identical Petitions were rejected by this Court by Judgment and Order dated 29th April, 2014 in Writ Petition No.7234 of 2013 and other connected Petitions. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the said Judgment and Order dated 29th April, 2014 and subject to the observations made therein, the Writ Petition is rejected.
