The petitioner has applied for Passport to respondent no.1 while he was residing at Thane. Thereafter, it appears that he is now shifted to Mumbai. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 submits that in view of change of residence of the petitioner, the petitioner will have to again apply from Mumbai office. He further submitted that if the petitioner has made any application along with the documents the Passport Authority will scrutinize the said documents expeditiously within a period of 30 days. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
