The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned order was an interim order in a revision application, which has been finally disposed of by order dated 20 February 2015. He submitted that the claim of the petitioner of penalty of Rs.17,000/- per day from the date of suit is kept open at the final decision of the suit. The learned Counsel submitted that in view of this position, the petition has become infructuous. The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
