The learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this Application, as the Court is inclined to expedite the trial of the applicant, who is the sole accused in the custody. 2.

Considering the facts of this case and the age of the applicant, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Sessions Judge is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of receipt of this order. If the said trial does not conclude within the aforesaid period, for no fault of the Applicant, the 1/2
