PC :- 1) At the outset, the learned APP submits that the trial has commenced and three witnesses have been examined and, according to her instructions, four more witnesses are proposed to be examined by the prosecution.

2) In view of the aforesaid statement, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. 1/2

4) Since the trial has already commenced and three witnesses have already been examined and the prosecution propose to examine four more witnesses, it may be expedient the trial Court to conclude the trial in Case No.992/PW/2023 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of the communication of this order. 5) The application stands disposed.
