1) The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the trial has commenced prosecution examined one witness, however, the trial is moving at a snail's pace.
2) In view of the fact that the trial has commenced, it would not be appropriate to consider the application seeking enlargement on bail, however, the learned Sessions Judge, seized with Sessions Case No. 485 of 2014 shall make every endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible within 8 months from today.
3) Application stands dismissed.
