1] The Applicants were granted protection under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 26 of 2019 vide order dated 8th January, 2019 for a period of six weeks to enable them to approach the appropriate Court.

2] It is submitted that Applicant No.1 is suffering from serious ailment and she has been hospitalized on 5th February, 2019. It is further submitted that Applicant No.2 is required to take care of Applicant No.1 as 1/2

osk 926-appp-305-2019.odt caretaker. The Applicant has relied upon the medical documents which are annexed to this application. It is further submitted that the protection granted by this Court may be extended by a period of four weeks. 3] Since, the Applicant No.1 is ailing and suffering from serious ailment, as an exceptional case, the protection granted by this Court vide order dated 8th January, 2019 is extended by a period of four weeks. However, no such extension can be granted to the Applicant No.2. 4] Hence, following order.

(i) The protection granted by this Court vide order dated 8th January, 2019 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 26 of 2019 is extended by a period of four weeks to Applicant No.1.

(ii) The Application is disposed of.
