By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3, to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 2nd January, 2021, as against the persons Wakodikar 1/2

906. WP 3474-2021.doc mentioned therein.

Learned APP submits that the Police have registered an FIR, on the basis of the said complaint made by the petitioner dated 2nd January, 2021. Learned APP has tendered a copy of the FIR. It appears that the Police have registered a complaint under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code as against the persons mentioned therein. 3.

Considering that the FIR has been registered, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive and as such, the petition stands disposed of.
