Heard learned counsel for Applicant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent No. 1 and learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 / complainant. By this application, Applicant has sought extension of till 1st June, 2018 to vacate the premises in occupation, of which undertaking is given by Applicant to this Court in the anticipatory bail application numbered above. Order dated 22th 1 / 2

918-APPP. 189-18.doc December, 2017 reveals that on the basis of undertaking given by Applicants of their vacating premises on or before 28th February, 2018, Applicants were protected from their arrest, and the anticipatory bail applications were accordingly disposed of.

Learned counsel for Respondent No. 2, on instructions, states that Respondent No. 2 has no objection for extension of time as a last chance till 2nd April, 2018. It is made clear that present application is not considered on merits and in any case, Applicant shall not apply for further extension. In the event, Applicant fails to comply with this order of handing over vacant possession of the premises in their possession to complainant on or before 2nd April, 2018, notice shall be issued to Applicant calling upon him as to why protection granted to him on his undertaking shall not be cancelled. 3.
