Having heard Mr. Goldie, the Petitioner-in-person and the learned PP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of the present petition by directing the Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court Bandra and the Metropolitan Magistrate, Railway Mobile Court, Andheri to expeditiously dispose of the Petitioner's applications for cancellation of bailable and nonbailable warrants issued against the Petitioner in following cases. Ordered accordingly.

The Petitioner is at liberty to seek leave from the concerned Magistrate to travel abroad. If such an application is made, the same shall be disposed of on merits, strictly in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of one month of its filing.
