At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicants as well as learned APP make a joint statement that the trial has progressed. Learned APP pointed out that 13 witnesses are already examined and the next date of hearing is 07/07/2021. 2.

In this situation, learned counsel for the Applicant has not pressed for this application on merits. She submitted that directions be issued to the trial Court to complete trial as early as possible.
