That, necessary instructions have by HEMANT CHANDERSEN SHIV Date: 2024.03.05 18:02:42 +0530 been issued in that behalf to all the concerned. 2) In view thereof, Writ Petition No.189 of 2024 for quashing of the said LOC does not survive and is accordingly disposed off. 3) In view of disposal of Writ Petition itself Interim Application No.879 of 2024 does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
