The dispute is settled between the appellant and Respondent no.3-Insurance company. The appellant was original claimant whereas Respondent No.1 was the driver of offending vehicle and Respondent no.2 was the owner of vehicle. The dispute is essentially between the claimant and the insurance company. 2.

Respondent No.3-company have tendered the consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the Applicant-claimant and Respondent no.3 insurance company as well as by their respective counsel. The identity card of appellant is seen and returned back. He admits the contents of consent terms. In that view of the matter, the consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification 3.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of consent terms. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
