1) This is an application seeking transit bail. Applicants herein are apprehending their arrest in crime no. 92 of 2017 registered at Udyog Nagar Police Station, Sikar, State of Rajasthan.

2) The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the offence is registered on 05/02/2017 and the date of incident is dated 22/07/2016. The learned counsel for the applicants, upon instructions further submits that the applicants desire to co-operate with investigating agency in crime no. 92 of ism

2 922.386.17 aba 2017 or take necessary steps as per advise. In view of this, applicants deserve interim relief for a period of three weeks.

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest in crime no. 92 of 2017 registered at Udyog Nagar Police Station, Sikar, State of Rajasthan, applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. bond n the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount.

(iii) After expiry of three weeks, interim relief shall stand automatically vacated.

(iv) Application stands disposed of.
