This petition is directed against Order dated 28/11/2013 made by the District Judge, Pune, directing, inter-alia, the maintenance of status-quo in respect of the suit property. 2.

Since this is an interim order pending the appeal, there is no reason to interfere with the same. However, since the interim order is operating since 28/11/2013, it is only proper that the District Judge-17, Pune, disposes of Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.346 of URS

WP 3608-14-50 2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order.

The Petitioner is at liberty to bring to the notice of the learned District Judge-17, Pune, this direction for expeditious disposal of the Appeal.

All parties to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
