Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the petitioner is to dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.2 University to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2014 keeping in view the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Arun Sonawane Vs. State of Maharashtra, 2015 (1) Mh.L.J. 497. In view the aforesaid

P13-wp-4026.2015.sxw limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits, petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to consider petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2014 keeping in view the law laid down in the case of Arun Sonawane (supra). The decision as aforesaid be taken by respondent no.2 as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
