Heard Shri Kate at length and perused the order. 2.

The earlier Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1847 of 2017 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2017. After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that, there is no change circumstance least to say any substantial change in circumstance in the fact situation of the case.

Application is accordingly rejected.
