Heard learned A.G.P. and have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) to (e). Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today. Amended copy of the first appeal shall be served upon the newly added parties within two weeks from today.

The applicants to take steps to bring the legal heirs of Mr.Raghunath Dattu Roundhal and Ms.Changunabai Baban Kudekar on record within eight weeks from today. No order as to costs. [R.D.DHANUKA, J.]
