Action under Section 390 of Code of Criminal Procedure be taken against respondent by issuing bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.10,000/- against him.

Mr.Kuldeep Patil appears for the respondent and submits that since he is instructed to appear on behalf of the respondent, bailable warrant need not be issued.

In view of this, warrant cancelled.

However, respondent no.1 shall execute a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount, before the trial court, within a period of six weeks from today.
