Learned APP submits that investigation in the matter will be completed within three weeks from today and appropriate report will be filed. The grievance of petitioner is that police is prohibiting him to enter into the property owned and possessed by petitioner. Learned APP submits that no such interference was caused by police and in the civil rights of the petitioner police will not create any hurdle. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
