The learned counsel for the appellant and respondents state that two other appeals i.e. First Appeal Nos.43/2004 and 44/2004 arise from the same judgment. The aforesaid First Appeals be listed on final hearing board along with First Appeal No.42/2004 in the week commencing from 19th August, 2019.
