1] Rule. By consent rule made returnable forthwith. Heard parties.
2] The petitioner has filed this petition challenging his suspension order.
3] It is not in dispute that during the pendency of this petition, the inquirty which was initiated against the petitioner has reached to the stage of issuance of show cause notice, after the enqiury report has been received.
YBG prod-as-510-wp-2663-17 4] In these circumstances, instead of interfering with the matter at this stage, we are inclined to dispose of this petition with liberty to petitioner to file reply to show cause notice along with the circular and the G.R., on which reliance is placed by the petitioner. 5] We hope and trust that the respondent authority shall consider petitioner's reply to the show cause notice and shall pass a reasoned order taking into consideration the relevant G.Rs. and circulars. In case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, it will be open for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law. 6] With these observations and directions, the petition is disposed of.
