The learned counsel for the Applicant fairly submits that during the pendency of this application, the investigation is completed and the chargesheet is filed. 2.

Hence, without going into the merits of the matter, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to approach the Special Court in the changed circumstance. 3.

Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
