In this Writ Petition the petitioners have challenged Order dated 30th January 2019 passed below Exh. 19 in Regular Civil Appeal No.87 of 2014.

Mr. Nagesh Chavan, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners state that said Regular Civil Appeal No.87 of 2014 is disposed of on 15th March 2019. Therefore, he states that nothing survives in this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 3.

Accordingly, leave as prayed is granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
