P.C.:- Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that, the Petitioners, instead of filing an application for recalling of impugned Order dated 22nd February, 2022 passed below Exh.67 in Darkhast No.46 of 2016, have directly filed the present Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an application for recalling of said Order dated 22nd February, 2022 as may be permissible under the provisions of law. Leave and liberty granted.

Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
