We find that the order sought to be reviewed does not decide merits of the matter and it only directs the Education Officer to rew 16 in cwp.1972.2020.doc varsha

decide proposal appropriately and in accordance with law. If the review applicants have any grievance in respect of the decision taken by the Education Officer, it'

s not the case that they do not have any remedy for redressal of the grievance.

We, therefore, find that no case is made out, to make any interference there being no error apparent on the face of record. 4.

The review application stands dismissed with liberty to the review applicants to challenge the decision of the Education Officer by initiating appropriate proceedings before the appropriate authority. All questions and contentions are kept open.
