Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased Respondent No.1 Suresh Dinkar Bodhe, who died on 19.01.2016.

The learned counsel Mrs. Gite submits that she received instructions to appear on behalf of legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. She further submits that they have no objections if the Civil Application is allowed.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as the Civil Application is filed within limitation, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased Respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No. 399 of 2016 within four weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, applicant to serve the amended copy of Writ Petition either on Respondents or their Advocate, immediately thereafter.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
