This Court had directed the respondents in the writ petition to decide the petitioner's representation dated 3 rd September 2019 by 28 th February 2021.

Since this direction was not complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that on 6 th May 2022, the said representation has been decided but against the petitioner. The petitioner has filed a separate writ petition challenging the decision taken on the representation of the petitioner.

Though we find that the time indicated for deciding the representation has not been scrupulously complied with, we are not inclined to take any further action in contempt jurisdiction. Since the petitioner has already challenged the decision taken by respondent no.1, all contentions can be urged there. The present contempt proceedings are accordingly disposed of. [ FIRDOSH P.
